Hello I have noticed tiny red specks in my stool (sometimes they are black specks but not much). I am 21 almost 22 weeks pregnant. This started after changing my prenatal though not sure if it is the cause. My prenatal is vegan and also has ingredients to help bowel movements, so I am not sure if that is it. I also believe I might have a hemorrhoid. I was wondering what could be causing this? Can this come from the seeds of jam (strawberry or raspberry jam seeds?). Thank you for your time!

You might have piles or polyps and need a surgical check up especially if you have constipation. You have to control it by eating high fiber diet and drinking lot of water and taking lactulose syrups.
