I have delivered a baby girl 3 months back and since when I am pregnant there is a great change in my mentality. I am getting short tempered and irritated very soon. Unable to control my anger. I am not like this before. I feel like my head is about going to blast and feel like hitting my head to a wall. I am really going crazy. Please please tell me what to do?

The pregnancy and the after care of a baby must have some unpleasant associations from your own childhood. You must investigate this with your parents and find out what might have contributed to this anger in childhood during your early years. For some people this can turn into a depression too. When you have found out from your parents you could accompany them to a counselor and explore the anger to deal with it once and for all. This aggression does not seem, fortunately, directed at the child but if it is getting too intolerable, you will need immediate assistance. But some vigorous exercise will help too to expend the energy of the anger so that, minus the emotion, it is easier to deal with the feeling. If you know of a lot of reasons that you are feeling like this due to family influences, then talk about this to a counselor soon. As far as possible avoid any medication for this situation unless it is absolutely necessary.
