I have type 1 diabetes my doctor suggest 2 type of insulin 1 is human insulin before breakfast lunch and dinner 2nd is lantus insulin for 10 am and 10 pm for over night safety in a day I have to get 5 injection on a day I want to know can I dywart to medicine or long life I have to go for injection is there any medicine for type 1 diabetes so please tell me.

Type 1 dm means absolute deficiency of insulin. You have to take insulin. Rapidly acting insulin before breakfast, lunch and dinner while lantus should be taken at bedtime. No need to take lantus twice a day.
