Sir I have tennis elbow pain in left hand I have started taking dolokind plus, caldikind plus, rumalaya forte of himalaya and himalaya shallaki tablet is it safe to take above medicine together ayurvedic and allopathic two times in a day this pain since one month above tablet started yesterday previously orthopedic doctors suggested antiinflamtary medicine what is your opinion?

Hello Mr. Kiran Ideally for a tennis elbow we suggest patients to use tennis elbow splint along with anti-inflammatory. A 6 week regime along with physiotherapy is the primary treatment. If not resolved, local steroid shot at the tender site is the next option. Hope this is helpful.
