Hi, When I chew something solid then my lower jaw slips one side making a click sound. I can't open my mouth then I try to make some sliding exercise (by moving the jaw left to right) with my lower jaw, and then I hardly open my mouth. every time I open my mouth I slide my jaw and it opens with a clicking sound. Please help.

First emergency advise, do not open your mouth too wide, be very careful to avoid or control the clicking sound by reducing your mouth open. This condition is called temporo-mandibular joint disorder. The clicking sound is due to slip of disc in your joint everytime you open your mouth more than 2 fingers. You might have irregular or crowding teeth which usually leads to this condition. Or there are other many causes for this condition. Consult dentist who deals with tmj disorder cases to get a orthotic or mouth splint. In the meantime eat soft foods, keep your lip closed but teeth in no contact in rest period, take muscle relaxant ,massage your face muscles regularly.
