Hello doctor, I got recently diagnosed with sever anaemia. I have been very weak and gone through nausea very frequently since an year. My face started puffing and eyes started swelling and when I wake up in the morning amd my palm fingers got darker which lead me to go for a checkup which showed my haemoglobin level to be 3.0 and vitamin b12 deficiency. I got admitted in a hospital quickly and was administered three units of blood and b12 injections. Progressively my hb level got increased upto 10 and started leading my normal life since 20 days. Today I again saw my eyes puffing as I woke up in the morning. We gave her blood for test which showed that hb levels are 7.9 along with low rbc, pcv and platelet count. I am taking healthy food with abundant quantity of fruits everyday. It would be helpful if you would guide me with my sickness.

You seem to have continued red cell destruction or bone marrow disease. You need a thorough haematological checkup in a large hospital and will need a bone marrow test and many others.
