Yes you can plan but before that bring your tsh around 2 and keep it like that during pregnancy by testing it every month and adjusting dose of thyronorm with the help of your physician.

Tsh levels take at least around 1 month after beginning medication, to normalise. Repeat s.tsh after 1 month. It's advisable to plan your pregnancy only after tsh levels normalise.
