There is pain ..it really depends upon angulation of tooth n how the tooth is removed ... It is there for three to five days ..

Hello, extraction of any tooth will be done under local anesthesia. So you will not have pain during removal. After extraction of wisdom tooth, you might have pain and some times even swelling but take the medication prescribed by the doctor and the pain will resolve. Implant is for replacement of teeth. If you are not intrested in going for implant, another option would be bridge type of replacement but for that we have to check if the adjacent teeth are present and strong enough to provide the support. Clinical examination is required to check which type of replacement suits the condition.
