I get up at 6 in the morning and I am at my study table by 8 -all fresh. But after an hour or two I start feeling drowsy. How can I prevent this drowsiness?

first of all sleep early..last by 10 o clock ...enough sleep will not cause drowsiness drink plenty of fluids....take 2 -3 glasses of lukewarm water on waking up in morning...and deeply inhale the morning fresh air for 5 minutes ..all these things will help ..u can do a short light jogging exercise also
