I am a patient of ankylosing spondylitis. Hlab 27 positive. Age 34 years male. My crp 70, esr 70, hemoglobin 10.2 I am taking (veloz 20 mg, nucoxia 90 mg, saaz d's )1tablet per day. Still my crp is increasing. Dr. Suggest me to take biologic injection. But it is so costly an I scared that if I take this once can not stop. Oral medicine will not respond perfectly after biologic. What I do? please suggest me I am very nervus.

Don't worry about crp levels. It's always going to like this since you have ankylosing spondylitis. If you're symptoms are less with current medications, continue them. Biologic injectable medications are being used now for ankylosing spondylitis. Only thing is should be taken after consultation from an expert depending on requirement. It's not true that it cannot be stopped or other medications won't work after that.
