My wife who is 40 years old is suffering from asthma for last 10 years, he is taking levolin inhaler and aday by day her doses are increasing, is there any other option than inhaler.

1. Take long acting inhaler, best is seroflo synchro breathe inhaler 250 2 puffs twice a day regularly. Take precautions fr all triggers like dust and pollution. Get pft done.

Dear lybrate-user, as per new guidelines we do not recommend levolin only, she needs detailed evaluation with spirometry for ics/formetrol combination for further advise.
