Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given and understand that you have hypothyroidism ad diabetes and you are on treatment. Please let me know what is the question? Since hypothyroidism is there it is essential to maintain TSH around 3 o 4 mU/L and for diabetes ideally the fasting glucose should be < 100 m or closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8% or even lower. Since there is no mention of any of these relevant details, it is difficult to know how is the control of either conditions. Another aspect please let me know whether thyroid check up was done for your baby, because it is very essential. Thanks.

Continue insulin till you are breast feeding. Once you stop breast feeding, you can check your blood sugar levels and accordingly be shifted to oral medicines.
