First of all, I need to know the diagnosis for which you are following this treatment. What you are taking now is the treatment of obstructive airway disease like asthma, copd, bronchitis etc. But I want to tell you about lots of therapies are available to treat all these conditions and treatment way is solely different for all diseases. If I assume, you are taking for asthma and symptom is not improving, then treatment should be escalated after confirmation of diagnosis! thanks.
