I'm 36 years old, I had take some asthma medicine last 2 years, but no improvement, my med name alerid, doxoven, lumna10, fexo 20, I also take bp med calnor 5/20. So do you have any suggestions plz?

I will suggest you to check up with chest specialist to make sure whether you have asthma. If it is there, a lot of other medications are there which are better than you use presently. 2nd suggestion is to check bp. Because uncontrolled bp causes poor asthma control.

Dear Ms. lybrate-user, oral anti-asthma drugs have limited effect. Kindly contact a pulmonologist and get a pft test done. Inhalers prescribed on basis of pft have better capacity to control & prevent asthma attacks, and have very few side effects in long run. Wishing you good health.
