I have an injury in my upper traps, right shoulder and neck, I got that in an accident, 1 year ago and I am a wrestler so training on with that injury while I was not completely recovered made it even worse, like training in sparring matches and doing heavy lifting such as squats as I have to keep the barbeel on my traps now it's not healing properly and is stopping me to train even I got injury in both my wrist left wrist was 8 months ago while mud wrestling it got into the mud and twisted as it's a tradition so I have to do it and the right wrist was 2 months ago while doing a heavy barbell bench press in the gym my wrist got bent too much while bringing the weight down to my chest, I am looking for a solution to recover faster and get back in my game, before asking for help here I have consulted 3 doctors and I still have the issue also I want to know how to recover better from a workout, I do workout 2 times a day and increase my grip strength, I have a very weak grip strength.
