Hi Sir, My father has been suffering high grade bladder cancer. He has done radical cystectomy on august 2018. After radical cystectomy the biopsy report is cancer tnm pt2nomx. (not metastatic. Dr. advised 6 cycle chemo (gemcitabine1. 7gm+cisplatin 40 mg) started now. Then radiation start. My father chemo course was completed. But radiation is not give. My ques that can radiation give urgent? Can bladder cancer recurrence? What should do I am?

After radical cystectomy with hpe report of t2xn0mx ,rarely rt is needed unless there is gross violation of surgical principles.
