I have pcos problem for more than a year. Sometimes I get periods regularly and sometimes it takes a couple of months or more. What should I do? Is there any way to treat through diet?

PCOS is a very common problem. The exact nature of the medicines given will depend on your blood test results. However in order to regularise your periods you need to start taking regular hormonal pills at least for the next 6 months. Please read my health tip on PCO. You may find it useful
