Red, dry, scaly patch on the outside corner of the eye since 2 months. Before that, discharge and red eye. Discharge was more in the morning. Took tobramycin (did not help) and then fluorometholone acetate which reduced discharge.?

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. In the meanwhile follow this moisturize frequently.
