My 6 years daughter is burn by fire. On face, cheek. Doctor suggest me mometasone elosan ip. Sir i'm worry about scars on face. please guide me scars will be remove yes or no.

It depends on the depth of burn, if it's a superficial burn then eventually it will disappear. But if its a deep burn usually it takes a lot of time, even if it scars we should not intervene at this stage, as the child grows the scar appears to be smaller, till the face grows to its maximum, no treatment would be advised. Kindly avoid steroid on face especially a six years old child. Thank you.
