I have fungal infection type of problem (red circular spot like thing) on my legs below knees from last around more than 5 years. I get that problem during winter or when I don't moisturize my skin regularly for long term. I tried many medicine's and treatment but it works for time being only. It recurred again in winters or when skin gets dry. In jan 2014 pharmaceutical shop guy given me betamil gm cream and I am using it from that time. I only apply it once or twice when I get that itchy infection and it get cures within 1 or 2 days. Consulted to some of the good dermatologist also but never found a permanent cure. Can someone help with this problem and if possible suggest some other alternative instead of betamil as it very high steroid base cream. Thanks in advance.
