I am 52 years old male. I have complaint of restricted movement of left hand since feb, 20. I consulted orthopaedic and as per his advise carried out mri and blood test. As per mri there miner mussel tear and slight uric acid increase. I have taken medicines & physiotherapy for one month but no relief. Please advise me further course of treatment.

This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain. If there is muscle tear then you have to apply pop by consulting a near by ortho doctor.
