No need to confuse yourself with this regimen. Just take 125 mg tablet all the days and repeat tsh after 2 months from starting the dose and then reduce to 100 if needed.

Mr Prashanth, Thanks for the query. Based on your age, weight and height your Levothyroxine dosage requirement is approximately 109.6 mcg per day. However, I would suggest to start with 100 mcg per day, then check TSh again after 6 weeks. It should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at which most of the symptoms of hypothyroidism are in check.
