I am going to be 18 soon, I have pubic hair and hair in armpit I just started growing taller and was short compared to others of my age. I haven't got q proper moustache yet it's still very light and barely can be seen. My problem is that my pennis size is 12. 3 cm (4.8 inches)in length and 11. 1 cm (4.3 inches)in girth. According to google this is slightly smaller than average will it still grow since I am in the late category to hit puberty?
