My wife is suffering from acute gastric and is under treatment with Gastro doctor, and taking nexpro 40, Ganaton 50 mg, Sibofix 550 & Biogut, but not feeling good, moreover she is a thyroid patient and taking Eltroxin 75. On 15/12/15 thyroid TSH test was done and result is 2.26, please advise me whether she will continue the thyroid dose 75 or less. Whenever she has food she feels irritation in the stomach and feels a burning sensation and keeps on burping. She feels like as if she will throw up and feels a very disturbing sensation like her stomach is full and heavy. She doesn't feel like eating and has no specific appetite. Her bowels are also fine. Due to the irritation she lost her sleep, & feels insecure and afraid whether she will get relief or not. Now we propose to visit Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad for her stomach problem. Please advise me what to do or prescribe some medicines for gaining appetite and proper sleep. We are expecting your early reply.
