I'm a 25 year old female. I have partial-socialization of l-5 vertebra on right side of spine as came in mri diagnosis. I just want to know what causes this condition. It's by birth or its due to bearing heavy load on one side or poor posture or heavy lifting etc as I used to do all these in my teens. Please tell me what's the cause of this condition. It's very very painful and nothing works physio, exercise nothing. Also it's shown mri that I have loss of lumbar-lordosis what does that mean. Please tell the exact cause I request.
