Since you have diabetes and hypertension, please tell me if both are in control? it is better if you mention the fasting and pp sugar levels and hba1c% and bp reading. Because if these are not in control a number of complaints may be occurring. The pain that you are mentioning in the heel is most likely to be due to plantar fasciitis. This can be treated by certain exercises, like keeping your lower limb straight, and then pulling the foot towards you with the help of a belt, holding it for 20 seconds and doing the same for three times. Also standing on toes, walking on tes for 20 steps, and repeating 3 - 4 times. If not clear do come back. Occasioanally pain killers may be used. Ice application also helps. Use a soft foot wear at home.

Treatment for kidney stone depends on where the stone is, its size and whether it is causing obstruction. So all this is required before commenting further. For foot pain see a physiotherapist.
