Hypothyroidism. Got routine test yesterday. T3 is 1.75, t4 is 11.72 and tsh is 0.24. I am taking currently thyrox 100 mg. So just wanted to know about the change in the dose of medicine. Age 29 yrs, height 5'3" and weight 67 kgs.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details. TSH is lower than the lower limit which means you current dosage of Levothyroxine needs to be reduced by at least 12.5 mcg to 87.5 mcg(88 mcg). This strength tablets are available. So please change to that dose, then check TSH again after 6 to 8 weeks later, to see if desired level (3 to 4 mU/L) is achieved.
