Hello dear, please be patient see there is no qualification for any surgery whether it is dental or any other medical speciality. But I can say that certain surgeries are performed in bulk by the specialists as compared to undergraduates .so anyone can do this surgery but specialists especially periodontist and oral surgeons have better idea in this surgery.
