White patches have been developed in my lateral side of either thighs and almost everywhere in hips. Looks like fungus, it itches a lot, unresectable. I mix savlon/dettol liquid in bathing water, use separate towel and use coconut oil bought from market. What is this actually? Any permanent solution?
