My mother recently got dentures a week ago. (Artificial teeth). She complains of pain while eating. Is it normal.

If there is any sharp points in the denture that is impinging on the gums and causing problem then you need to go the dentist and he will make the surface smooth. It will hardly take 10mins. But for new denture users it will always take time to adapt to it. Initially you will hav difficulties but gradually you will become habituated. Thank you.
