Currently during the time of cavity-19 second wave in india, people are dying daily in large numbers. Whenever I take the phone in hand I see status, posts, tweets, videos about people dying in large due to the cavity-19 related issues, oxygen shortage and much more. I want to help them but I don't have that much wealth to help any single person. I feel very bad and hearth broken after seeing all these things. I wish if I had money and wealth I would try my best to help as many as possible. But I can't. Even in every news channel these things are common. How to deal with this tension and heart breaking situation? I can't focus on my work properly. I am very weak and emotional from inside. I have tried watching movies or tv series which I usually love the most but nowadays I can't because these sad news keep on coming and I feel very bad. What should I do? How to keep myself away from such tension and negativity? I feel very very sad for my fellow indians who are struggling.

Hello. 1. Just delete all the news apps and quit using the social media platforms for a while. All the negativity comes from there only. 2. Restrict your screen time to happy-vibes series or movies only. Even if your genre is action/ drama/ war /crime/ suspense like movies, switch over to romance/adventure/comedy/motivational ones. (personal advise- watch friends) 3. Engage yourself in cooking activities. Cooking is a therapy. Have a look at some very easy you tube videos. It has personally helped me a lot, trust me. 4. Read good books, if you are into reading. 5. Watch the 90s songs on you tube like mayeri, dooba dooba rehta hu, ankho mai tera hi chehra etc to name a few. They are so beautiful and calm the soul. 5. Talk to people. Vent out your feelings. I hope these help you. You can reach out to me anytime for consultation. Thank you.
