I need to ask that I take whey protein creatine and amino acid for building muscle and I m taking it form last 1 months is this harmful I follow proper nutrition and drink 6 litre water daily.

along with nutritious diet a B d plenty of water by mouth its good go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. I don't know about whey creating but as you are doing taking water and dietbis good muscle develop s by regular exercise and balanced diet avoid alcohol and spicy and junk food.
