I am 47 years male, had pulmonary embolism on 2021 may. Thrombolysed.rt leg dvt. Diabetic from 5 yes. Now on tab evarox 15 mg twice. Bt 1dr adv to take tab. Warf 5 mg once, cap.ecosprin. Av 75 once. Cvts adv to put ivc filter. I am confused. Pl suggest me what to do and what to take?

Mr., thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. Taking drugs like warfarin and rivaoxaban is to prevent development of clots in the vessels (deep veins). Aspirin helps in again prevention of clotting. The filter suggested by probably a vascular surgeon helps in preventing the clots moving through the lower limb veins to wards lung.
