Hello doctor, I am 75 years old and I am hypertension patient. I have been skipped my medicines for last 4 days. Due to this, I feel nausea and dizziness. Due to this, I went to the local doctor in my area and diagnosed myself. Earlier, I had taking telmikind 40 mg for high bp for a long time. But after diagnosed he changed my medicine for telmikind to amlodipine. I am confused, which of the these above medicines should I take? Please advice me.

You may feel dizziness and nausea because of uncontrolled BP. What is the BP this time? According to me Telmikind is better option than amlodipin. But if it is not controlling your BP than you should consult good MD doctor to plan Your next treatment or combination treatments.
