Hello. Some measures you can take at home while working are - 1. Blinking frequently, taking 5 mins rest with your eyes closed every 20 mins of continuous work. 2. You can apply ice packs over closed eyelids for symptomatic relief. 3. Prefer ac over fans if possible. 4. Use side shielded googles while going out specially while driving 2 wheeler. 5. Avoid running your eyes during extreme burning episodes. This will cause more harm to the cornea in the long run. You can use some lubricating eye drops routinely as long as you are working from home. You can reach me out anytime for consultation for the same. Hope this helps. Thank you.
