Hello, my age is 30, I have hypo thyroid and my upper stomach is bloating heavily and I am unable to eat anything. I recently had blood test and my tsh is 86, vitamin d-3 is 30 vitamin b12 is 280 can you please suggest me further medication to control my hypo thyroid. I am currently using eltroxin 100 mg.

Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
