I am suffering from seborrheic dermatitis from 3 year tried many doctors. My scalp is too much oily. After shampooing, in 3-4 hours my scalp becomes oily. There is too much oily dandruff on my scalp can I take isotretinoin too reduce sebum production which will reduce food for fungus which causes seborrheic dermatitis?
