Dear doctor my dad's rca is 100 percent blocked. We did angioplasty too but balloon dint cross. But doctors said nothing to worry as heart is able to rcv blood through small vessels. Beside this lca is normal. So he is safe. Wht he needs to do is to have medicine for life long? My question is does this happens. Is he safe? Shouldn't we get worry.

If chest pain or breathlessness occurs than you consult cardiologist. If collateral supply is sufficient as per cardiologist post angiography than its ok. Medications will be life long.
