Hi, may be it is due to certain medication. Consult your psychiatrist. Have patience anxiety takes time to be back to normal. 4-6 weeks for total relief and then treatment full course as suggested by doctor. Also take psychotherapy for the same, do deal with your discomforts. Start doing deep breathing exercise for 15 minutes daily. Consult me for same.
