Yes, definitely if you take in moderate amount. Chilies contain a good amount of vitamins, anti-oxidants, minerals, etc. If prepared fresh. It won't hinder in your weight loss course. The pickles do contain some extra amount of salt and preservatives which at times may lead to water retention. But don't worry, it would not add up to your fat. Better go for freshly prepared red or green chilli pickles at it would not contain preservatives.
