I can do daily workout 2 hours but I can't have big muscle s I want built big muscle wht can I do?

Hello lybrate-user to build a muscle you should include high biological protein and intense exercise accordingly. You should take atleast 2 boiled eggs at morning and 2 at evening for good protein and do perform compound exercise like dead lifts, squats, pull-up, bench press and shoulder press etc. Hope this is helpful to you.

U should do weight training every alternate day. Not every day. That too for one hour max. U r overdoing. Probably thats the reason. Also take whey protein after work out
