Hello this 28 years unmarried female continuous bleeding since jan 1st one of the Dr. recommended meprate 10 mg once a day for 21 days I used it from feb 8 th bleeding stopped for 15 days and bleeding again started on 22 nd feb I consumed all the 21 days tablets and I have taken scan in that endometrial hyperplasia thickness about 1.64 cm given and b/l pcos given so I wen to another doctor on march 1st she prescribed ovral g for 21 days I consumed for almost 10 days no use after starting ovral g bleeding dosent stop and pain started menstrual cramps which only subsides on zerodol p ,later I consulted one more doctor she prescribed primolut 5 mg tid for 3 days then bd for 7 days od for 10 days with mepthal and trenaxa combination my pain subsided now bleeding also decreased but bleeding does nt stop I am in severe depression that Dr. advised if it does not subsided I need to get endometrial biopsy being unmarried and sexually inactive please advice what should I do.

As bleeding has started to decrease, there is a high chance it will stop with this regime if taken strictly to schedule. Also get your thyroid levels checked and treated accordingly. Try to reduce your weight - even a 5 kg weight loss drastically reduces the symptoms.

Hi dear, I read your case carefully. Saw your clinical data too. For you 73 kg is more. Unless weight is controlled, bleeding will be difficult to control. Ultimate option is DNC. Before that you can try Tab Novex DS with your doctor's consultation
