I go to gym daily but I am not satisfied with my strength and I want to increase it by doing deadlift. Someone suggest me about ashwagandha and fish oil. 1) can I take them together? 2)doses of ashwagandha and fish oil per day? 3) advantages & disadvantages of ashwagandha and fish oil. 4) suggest me best quality and trusted brand. Deadlift will not increase your strength and power ,will rather reduce if proper diet is not provided. Don't take ashwagandha and fish oil. You don't need these at your age.I advice you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take milk and milk products daily. Do moderate exercise at gym ,for more strength and power. Follow this and be happy.
