Yes you can take multivitamin along with them provided you have vitamin deficiency. As excess vitamins can cause condition called hypervitaminosis which can cause illness and organ damage. So act based on your doctor s advise. Good luck

Yes you can for 1-1.5 months, every 6 months and then stop. Excess vitamins are also not good for the body.
