Gums behind my teeth has swollen. Which medicines should I take and what could be the reason? I brush my teeth daily.

The swelling can be due to an injury to your gums while eating or because of wisdom tooth eruption or due to a decayed tooth etc. Clinical examination by a dentist is necessary for proper diagnosis. Meanwhile you can do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day for some relief.
