Hello sir, recently I had an brain stroke on left side of my brain since then I lost a bit of strength and coordination on my right hand and bit fumbling while speaking. I had consulted a neurologist and he has given medications for it which is colihenz p800, clopitab a 75, tonact 40, and my diabetic medicine. But the improvement in my conditions in very low. So I want to know is there any other medication or treatment for the better result. Thank you.

The weakness after stroke takes long time to improve and may not recover completely, all these things depend on the area of stroke just continue physiotherapy aggressively on a daily bases and it should improve.
