When should we eat fiber and protein? What is the ideal time to eat fiber and protein? I understand that these 2 foods are going to take long time to digest. Have tried some foods and it delays the digestion time. But I see it changes the food timing cycle and sleep cycle. If I eat these in breakfast, it's delaying lunch time. If I eat these in lunch, it's delaying dinner time. If I eat this at dinner, it's delaying the breakfast time of next day. This makes me difficult to return back to the usual food cycle that I followed. Or is it the combination of fiber or protein along with rice that's delaying the digestion time? So should we avoid rice when we eat fiber or protein?
