Dear if possible try to have variety of breakfast in a week you can have cereals wd milk like museli, stuffed roti wd curd, poha, upma idli dosa, egg as boiled or omlette, oats, mix of fruits, breads as sandwiches. The list is too long.

Dear lybrateuser, breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day as it has to provide you with the high level of energy & also keep you full in the morning as you do your work. Ideally it should be a mix of carbohydrates & proteins. For carbohydrate have wholegrain foods like musli, oats, cornflakes with a bowl of milk, wholegrain paratha, upma combine it with a fruit. For protein have yoghurt, slice of cheese, cottage cheese, sprouts. Also you can add dry fruits, a few almonds, walnuts etc.
