I am 20 years old and 181 cm height male. But I am too skinny 57 kg. My waist is like 14-15 years old boy. Also my arms is very thin. Can my growth be after this age?

Hello yes you can increase your muscle mass .Take food in combination with carbohydrate protein and fiber .Include protein in a your meals eg: dal / sprouts / paneer / egg / chickpeas/ kidneybeans add in combination of carbohydrate like oats / rice / chapati / Dalia / millets hope this helps Dt.Richa Singhal
