I am 26 year old male, I think my problem is more psychological than physical and it is affecting my real life by the way there is no problem in my life. So the problem is" Every night I dream about my teenage time and it seems that I am cheating to my parents I don't know why but it happens more often, sometime I dream about I am in class 12th or sometime about my father who is angry on me" now I am thinking if everyday I wake up with a bad dream so how could I be motivate, and that the reason I am not able to put hundred percent on my work this is what I am thinking.

Having disturbing dreams so frequently, that you so vividly remember is suggestive of a disturbed sleep pattern and distorted sleep architecture. This may occur due to various reasons. Also having similar dreams so often suggests an underlying psychological issue which needs attention and management. Consult a psychiatrist for evaluation and management.
